The staff at 580 was amazing! I broke my screen while on vacation and after checking another repair shop, they were unable to get the screen needed for repair. This place is fantastic and the staff is amazing. We live in OKC, but came to Ardmore to help our elderly uncle with his old iPhone. He locked himself out and could not make or receive calls. Since we did not know his username and password, Brad told me about compatible phones for his SIM card available at Walmart. I went and picked it up and brought it back. They are the best and I’m not kidding. They are a small family business who genuinely care and take care of their customers. No 30 minute to 2 hr wait time to finally speak to a human you can’t even understan. I used them for almost 15 years and finally ended up with different services after moving to another state but never again. It’s been a nightmare ever since with phone reps and companies. I’ve been with them for over two years again and still the best. Never switching again. Thank you guys!!!
